1. What the Services are

AKS Media is a digital publisher. This website presents our brands and our legal information. Our publishing tools, which can connect to social media accounts, are used by AKS Media and by people we have authorised; they are not offered as a public or self-service product. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide software services to the general public.

2. Authorised users and account connections

Where we allow you to connect a social media account, you confirm that you own the account or are authorised by its owner to connect it, and that you have the right to publish the content that is published through it. You can disconnect an account at any time; see the Data Deletion page.

You are responsible for keeping your own platform credentials secure. We never ask for your platform password; connections are made only through the platform's official authorisation flow.

3. Content and rights

Content published by AKS Media under its brands belongs to AKS Media or is used with permission or under an applicable exception, and sources are credited. You may share our published content using the sharing functions of the platform it was published on. Any other reproduction requires our written consent.

Content you publish through a connected account remains yours. You grant AKS Media only the rights needed to perform the actions you have authorised.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Services to publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates the rules of the platform it is published on;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Services, or probe, scan or test them without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or your authority over an account.

5. Platform terms

Publishing to a social media platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies. Where they conflict with these terms in relation to the platform, the platform's terms prevail for that platform.

6. Suspension and disconnection

We may suspend or remove an account connection if we believe it is being used in breach of these terms, the platform's rules or the law, if the platform requires it, or if it is necessary to protect the security of the Services. You may disconnect at any time.

7. Availability and changes

The Services are provided as they are. We may change, limit or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AKS Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from the use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim (which, for services provided free of charge, is nil). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of the page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
