Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data AKS Media (“we”, “us”) processes, for what purpose, and what rights you have. It covers this website (aks-digital.com) and the social media account connections we operate for publishing.
We keep this short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@aks-digital.com.

1. This website
This website is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, no third-party embeds and no externally hosted fonts. Nothing on these pages sends your data to a third party.
Like any web server, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs (your IP address, the requested page, time, browser type). We use them only to keep the service secure and available, and we do not combine them with other data. Access logs are kept for up to 14 days.
2. When you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, solely to answer you and to handle the matter you raise (for example a correction or a rights request). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to document how it was resolved.
3. Public sources we use for publishing
To produce our publications we read publicly available material: official statements, public records, press releases and public posts by institutions, companies and media outlets. This can include the names and roles of people who appear in that public material. We use it only for journalistic and editorial purposes, and we credit the source.
4. Connected social media accounts
To publish, we connect social media accounts (for example on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram) to our publishing tools through the platform's official authorisation (OAuth) flow. Accounts are connected only by their owner or by a person the owner has authorised. When an account is connected, the platform provides us with, and we process:
- the platform's user identifier for the account (for example an OpenID or open ID / union ID);
- the account's display name, username and avatar image;
- the access token and refresh token issued by the platform, and the list of permissions (scopes) that were granted;
- metadata about the content we publish through the connection — titles, descriptions, publishing time, the platform's post or video ID, and, where the platform provides it, basic status and visibility of those posts;
- security and audit records — when the connection was made, by whom, when tokens were refreshed or revoked, and which publishing actions were performed.
We use this data only to perform the actions the account owner authorised — typically uploading and publishing content to that account and reading the status of that content. We do not read private messages, contacts or other users' data through these connections, and we do not request permissions we do not need.
Tokens are stored encrypted on our servers. They are never sold, shared with advertisers or used for any purpose other than the authorised publishing actions. Access is limited to the people who operate the publishing tools.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who host our systems (for example our server provider), who act on our instructions, and with the social media platforms themselves as part of the connection you authorised. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
6. Retention
Connected-account data is kept for as long as the connection exists. When a connection is removed or the platform authorisation is revoked, tokens are deleted and no further actions can be performed. Audit and security records, and records we need to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute, may be retained for a limited period afterwards; we will tell you the applicable period on request.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to a supervisory authority. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@aks-digital.com. Instructions for disconnecting an account and requesting deletion are on our Data Deletion page.
8. Children
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by the applicable platform or law.
9. Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the bottom of the page. Material changes to how connected-account data is used will be communicated to affected account owners directly.
